We are looking for competent full-time staff who are quick on their feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. Every staff will be the face of our business and will be responsible for our customers’ experiences. Tiki Cultures has been carefully orchestrated to evoke a fun lively atmosphere and we are looking for team members that share the same qualities. You must have the ability to work 8 hour shifts, 5 days a week and be flexible to change including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.


* Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
* Help patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu; offering cocktails; suggesting courses; explaining the chef’s specialties; identifying appropriate wines; answering food preparation questions
* Attend to customers upon entrance
* Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording patrons’ choices; identifying patrons’ special dietary needs and special requests
* Take and serve orders
* Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
* Maintain table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs
* Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
* Issue bills and accept payment



* Skilled at developing and creating dining experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Must be able to work legally in NIGERIA
* Previous experience required
* Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English
* Attention to cleanliness and safety
* Patience and customer-oriented approach
* Excellent oral communication skills required
* Reliable Transportation to and from work
* Experience as a dancer preferred
